When I had I Airsplat experience, I was purchasing for my son. He showed me what item he wanted and I went and purchased it over the web. When the item wouldn't add to my cart, I called in to their customer service department and got a very nice gentleman to speak with. He asnerwed with a feeling of warm and fuzziness that make me feel comfortable with the trust in the company. When I explained my issue, he explained that the item I had wanted to purchase was currently out of stock due to the high demand for the holidays. My son was near me, so when the representative asked if I wanted a suggestion of another item, I grabbed my son to look at a couple of other options that were comparable to this one. The rep was very patient and knowledged in what he was talking about. He expressed pros and cons of each model and expressed how the ones he suggested were probably more of what my son would be comfortable with. We decided which one we wanted, he helped us place our order over the phone, expressed about how long it would take to get me, and provided me with my order information.
I'm happy to express that if it wasn't for Airsplat.com having the best Customer Service I've ever known, I would have lost faith in this company due to them not being able to assist me with my issue. They made shopping online the easiest experience and made me want to purchase from them for years to come. Thank you Airsplat.
