I was using 2 other mail order houses for my ink up till a year ago. That is when I was referred to APS. I checked their pricing against my prior two companies and against eBay. When you look at how they ship and the actual ink cost their product is superior! You might find someone slightly cheaper but when you read the fine print they hit you for shipping charges per cartridge, not per order. Just another way to run up the actual price.
When our company changed out our equipment APS gave me full refunds for our unused cartridges. When one of my cartridges was bad they didn't even question me or try to get me to do all this useless magic tricks to get it to work. They simply replaced it and didn't charge me shipping!
I am very happy with this company and recommend the to all!
