We used Affordable Floors for installing hardwood flooring at our home in Aliso Viejo, CA. The scope of work entailed re-flooring both upstairs and downstairs, about 2400 sq ft in total. The owner Steve Sullins was very pleasant to deal with and was more than accommodating during the floor selection process, providing us with countless samples from numerous sources until we finally settled on something we liked.
The pricing, for both material and installation was extremely competitive. The company was flexible in supporting our general contractor's schedule and completed the job in a timely manner. At the conclusion of the job, Steve even issued us a credit for less material being required than was originally estimated due square footage occupied by cabinetry, etc. The skilled installers, Omar and his crew, did a masterful job of putting in the floor. The floor looks simply stunning and we are absolutely thrilled with the results!
We would eagerly give Affordable Floors 5 stars for commitment, quality, integrity (which unfortunately seems to be a rare commodity in the business community these days) craftsmanship, professionalism, customer service and any other relevant category one could possibly think of. Thank you Steve, Omar, and company for a job exceptionally well done. We would recommend Affordable Floors to friends and family in a heartbeat.
