Worst online ordering experience ever! The item I received wasn't what I wanted (it was a gift) so I emailed them about exchanging it for something different. It took over a week to get a correct response as to what to do. I had to write a paragraph explaining why I wanted to return it and what I wanted to exchange it for. So I did, and I got a response saying they only exchange items for a correct size or if its defective...NOT because I didn't like what I got. It never says that anywhere on the site prior to placing an order. Finally after going back and forth for 2 weeks over email, they agreed to exchange it. Well, one after another, everything I wanted to exchange it for was conveniently out of stock. So now I'm in the process of waiting for them to refund my girlfriend for the purchase seeing that everything on the site happens to be sold out. How can a business be run when EVERYTHING is sold out, ALL the time?
