I wish I had been more probing when they called me! They called to ask what the model number on our copier was. I gave it to them. First mistake. Then they called me back to ask if we needed toner or service. I asked if this was about our contract, and they said "yes, we are handling it now". They said there was a new number to call to order supplies. I accepted this information at face value. Second mistake. A short time later, I got a fax with an invoice and realized that I had been taken. I called their customer service department and asked if this was a new contract. When she told me it was, I said no, we already have a contract with someone else and don't plan to switch vendors. I was assured the shipment of toner (which I never ordered) would be stopped before it went out. I believed her. Third mistake.
Fast forward two weeks later - I get a shipment of toner. Long story short, it took me two weeks, many phone calls, and a letter to them to get an RMA and a shipping label to return the product. The product was returned to them, unopened. We are EXPECTING to get an invoice for the product, based on other complaints I have read. If I could give them less than one star, I would!
