It would be in your best interest not to purchase from Advantage Bridal. I purchased a $370 pair of shoes and they came looking frayed and worn on the inside. The company said they'd return them but I had to purchase something that was the same price or more and they were going to charge me a restocking fee for something that was out of my control. When you pay that kind of money for a pair of bridal shoes, you expect them to arrive in pristine condition. The company refused to respond to my complaint on the BBB and they refused to respond to my emails. Amy Anaya was the person I was dealing with directly who ignored my emails and refuse to help since there were no shoes in that price range in a size 5, I was forced to keep the shoe. Also, I'd like to mention that they slapped a final sale stamp on my order but when I checked out, my brand shoe was not listed as being final sale. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! There are a lot of bridal websites out there that are much better and will to work with the consumer.

Business's response - by Sandy K.on 8/27/2011

The shoes this customer purchased are couture hand-decorated shoes and are clearly noted on our site as being special-order non-returnable shoes. We asked this customer for photos and then we sent the the photos to the designer. We were informed that they were not damaged in any way, but if the customer wanted them inspected, the designer would do so. The customer refused to send them back for inspection, so we were unable to help her.
