We have been in business since 1992, and 33 complaints out of 243,639 orders is a 0.0001354 complaint rate. If you look at it from that perspective, we feel we are doing a pretty good job of serving our customers well, and we are constantly working to improve and excel. Unfortunately, it's tough to get customers to take the time to write good reviews, but unhappy customers are quick to post disparaging comments online.
