Thank God I worked for theDenver Area Better Business Burea for a few years back in the early 90's. I learned not to trust anyone asking for information over the phone. They did call me and I made them wait on the phone while I researched them. They have numerous rip-off reports located on line as well as negative reports seen here. When I started to tell them of the different rip off reports I found other than ones here they hung on me but not before giving me THEIR information. Deekaye Marquez, Employee ID 2121 and Customer Service number is 1-866-964-1011..I checked and they do answer live. Everyone does have a thick accent and is hard to understand. Please DO NOT GIVE YOUR INFORMATION OVER THE PHONE TO ANYONE. These days there are plenty of phone scams and even if they are a ligit company giving your info over the phone is not wise..you never know who is on the other end.
