Advanced Tax Help feedback................
I would like to first thank all of the people I've come in contact
with at Advanced Tax for the assistance provided in navigating through
the processes with such relative ease. I truly want to pay the debt I
owe, its my country and my duty to pay my fair share of taxes. But
circumstances arose to deliver a crushing blow to me financially. The
series of scandals coupled with the tragedy of 911, caused my company
to downsize drastically and operate on skeleton crews for the next
four years. I was downsized by Qwest as a result, after 12 years
tenure. I went from making $100k plus to making $15k. I sold off all
my stocks and my 401k to service. At the time, I believed I'd be back
to work right away. And i
I'd pay my taxes. Little that I knew that permanent full time work in
the Colorado area died for the Telecom Industry. Then I found a way to
contract my services as a Fiber Optic Locator/Inspector. I lived on
the road for three plus years traveling to where there was good work.
Unfortunately, five years passed by. And with the passing of time,
comes the volumes of penalties, fees, and interest that pile up on the
original amount due.
I didn't have a clue how to negotiate or even approach the IRS. The
whole process is intimidating and you tend to feel like you're being
treated as a criminal. I contacted Advanced Tax Help in the beginning
of 2010, and I was introduced to Angela, my case manager. She stayed
in constant touch with me in the beginning, gathering data, faxing
forms, etc. Then she began the negotiations with the Internal Revenue
Department personnel. There were several weeks of quiet, then she
would contact me with the next offer or requirement from the IRS.
Until, finally, the final offer was agreed upon. Thank the Lord,
Angela, and Advanced Tax Help. I could not have asked for a more
professional representative. I have and will continue to recommend
Advanced Tax, and Angela, to those I meet with similar tax
circumstances.
