I feel I was duped by a semi-free offer with an expectation that I would not cancel in time to avoid a full charge. Not only did the product not work as advertised, they charged my credit card the full amount and then refused to refund my money. (they reduced the secondary charge by half)
They did not stand behind their product, nor did they seem to care about my dissatisfaction.
