I ordered two products from Advance Cleanse understanding full well the terms of the offer. I had 14 days from the day of ordering to call and cancel my membership or I would be billed $149.95. I called within 7 days the number for customer service. Instead of a representative I received a voice announcement inviting me to leave a message. As I would be out-of-town for a week I left full details to cancel the membership. I was billed the $149.95, called Customer Service (and I use the term loosely) to explain what had transpired. I was told that a message doesn't count and they don't even check their messages. How fair is that? I assumed they check them, after all the announcement invited me to leave details. I am currently fighting through the BBB, Attorney Generals Office and my Credit Union. This company has no scruples.
