Beware! Earlier this month (March 2010), I ordered a trial offer of the Advanced Cleanse, and didn't mind paying the small $5 fee for that, and I received the product. Then they e-mailed me saying I had 14 days to cancel before a 6-month membership costing $169 ensued; I e-mailed them to cancel, and even received an automated response with a ticket#. Then, they charged my bank account more than the $169, wreaking havoc on my bank account. When I called to try to straighten it out, I was connected with someone in Cypress, who refused to give me to a supervisor or to refund any money to me. Their corporate address is in Cypress, and when I asked for a US address, I got this Torrance CA one. Calling the Torrance 800# just gets me back to the same as all the other 800#s for Advanced Cleanse, which got me nowhere. Thankfully, I could file a dispute with my bank, and they're cancelling my credit card and reversing the charge for me. Assuming this company is not a total scam, it needs to a) put the terms & conditions more up-front, not just on the last webpage below where you hit "confirm order," b) when they say you can cancel the membership within 14 days by e-mail, honor the e-mail customers send and c) listen to customers who did the right thing and refund money when it's appropriate.
