To rate this company as an "F" is doing it too much justice. I received a free (ha) trial and if I didn't get back with them they were going to charge me a membership fee (they didn't say how much that would be). I called to cancel the order because the product made me very ill but my 10 days were already up (I think they start counting the 10 days on the day it is mailed NOT the date you receive it)and my credit card had already been charged $160.00. They readily cancelled my order but would not give me back the money that I paid for absolutely nothing. IF you see an ad for this company run as fast as you can in the opposite direction
