Michael brought in his critical, dying animal. The pet was assessed and handled in a timely manner with care. He signed a detailed and itemized written estimate for diagnostics and then later for treatment. After multiple days of hospitalization and compassionate care, the pet recovered and was well enough to go home. His final cost (including take home diet and medications) for the pet was approximately $100.00 less than the LOW end of the estimate that was presented to him and that he signed.
We DO care about animals and would not be in this profession otherwise, but this is also business and we treat it as such. People do have a right to decline or accept recommendations for diagnostics and treatments presented to them. Our prices are very fair and competitive in this veterinary community and we offer high quality of medicine.
At Adobe we all take our professions very seriously and love what we do to save pets.
