I've now dealt with Adiamor's customer service reps through email, live chat, and on the phone; each time, I've found them to be knowledgeable, professional, and eager to collaborate with the customer for a satisfactory outcome. As a return customer to Adiamor, I hoped to have some work done on my ring. Not only was the new setting flawless, but their manufacturing department worked with me to offer a reasonable discount on the new setting upon sending back the old one.
