Let's get the obvious out,of the way now, the ring is gorgeous! If looks even better in person than when you custom design it yourself. It comes with a free appraisal and gem report on the quality of the diamond you selected. My fiancée loves the ring and so do I. When I first selected the diamond that I wanted I was contacted by a representative informing me that the diamond I had selected was no longer available. Instead of having to search again for myself, she offered to do the leg work for me and sent me a list of all the diamonds in their database that had similar specifications and price as the one I had chosen previously. She promptly updated my order to reflect the new diamond and they sent it to me as soon as possible. When the time comes I plan on ordering the matching wedding band from here. Thanks, Adiamor!
