I spoke with over 7 debt settlement companies and Active Debt was the only one who didn't charge fees upfront. Everyone wanted to charge me 10 to 15% of my debt before any funds would be used for settling my accounts. Active debt only gets paid when they settle accounts, so as far as I'm concerned you cant get any more honest than that. Victor was a huge help, taking the time to answer my questions and calm me down when the calls got overwhelming. The whole staff over there has been great and I am very impressed with the settlements they have been getting for me.
