I started using Ace Reader in 2000 and have upgraded a couple of times since then. I love the program and my reading skills have benefited immensely as a result. It makes the improvement process fun and really helps me get through a lot of material very
quickly. I’m not much of a computer geek and sheepishly admit that I’ve needed help a couple of times on some technical issues. The customer service has always been prompt, friendly, personal and competent. In these days of mostly inept call center support,
it is very refreshing to receive personal attention like I’ve received from StepWare and I highly recommend Ace Reader without a moment’s hesitation. Bernie, the personal service (right from the start) really has been impressive, I can’t commend you enough
on the quality of your customer service, thanks!
