All of a sudden...no phone calls returned!

I have been dealing with this company for 4 years and until now...no problems and I am almost done with this. February 2015, my check cleared but NONE of my accounts were paid. What recourse do we have. I am very upset because the trust is gone and now I have to send double the money to my creditors!!! Janet
