THIS CO is a RIP OFF. I have had the same problems as the other reviews. I was charged $74.94 and called to have it refunded. I emailed them before the 14 days with no response, so when I called I was hung up on a few times and then the person I talked to was very rude and said there was no way to get a refund for $74.94. I could send the product back and get a refund for $49.94, I sent the product back UPS with a tracking number. Nutrburst received the product on 9/1/09, I called to see when I would receive my refund, I spoke with Ray and he informed me it would take 4-7 business days and my card would be refunded. I have been calling every week for regarding my refund and kept getting the excuse "it will be next week". Now 10/1/09 I called and got a guy named Spencer, I asked for a supervisor which of course he is a supervisor, now "they are in a dispute with their creditor and there is nothing they can do regarding my refund. UPDATE- 11/4/09 - Today I called for status on my refund and was told that they stopped refunding the $49.94 back in July, then not one minute later Joe the same rep I was talking to said they stopped the same policy in Aug. They can't even keep their lies straight.
