This co did the exact same thing to me. However after I argued, fussed and even cried on the phone----"Sarah" put me on hold and when she came back she claimed she got ok to do a refund for all but $25 handling fee. This appeared to be the best I'd get, so I agreed. I was promised 7-10-9 they would do a refund of 49.94 once I sent back the 2nd bottle of pills. I did so & the co received the pills back 7-13-9. As of 7-21-9 I still had not received credit or check back so I called the co again & was told they'd flag my account for refund & I should get in 7 days. Now 7-30-9 co claims they can't credit my cc back because when I told my bank of the situation they automatically canceled my card to keep the co from taking more money. Co claims they can't credit my cc back & their co can't cut checks so now nothing they can do for me. What type of co can't cut checks, buy money orders? *********UPDATE********8/11/9 called co 3 times this day. The first 2 reps I spoke to told me I got no authorization number to return product for refund......so per their co guidelines since I didn't put autho# on return I could now only get 39.94 refund (even though I explained rep never told me about autho code). I hung up & after 3rd time I got someone by name of Lee (who claimed to be supv) he said nothing about needing an autho# for return & said he would do credit for 49.94 as promised. To my surprise the next day 8-12-9 I got an email from co which stated they were processing my refund. To my surprise the credit did post to my account 8-12-9 and was for 49.94. I'm still not happy about giving away $25 handling fee for nothing but at least I finally got a credit for part of what they got from me. I'm just glad to be done with this co.
