This company is a scam. They have debited our checking account for $88.97 for nothing. We did not call them or order anything. Apparently they have been able to get our account number, debit card information, and charge us for nothing. (Apparently thru a purchase of another companies similar product from a few months ago.)
I have my bank, Bank of America, investigating this company fully so that we can recover our money and possible associated overdraft fees. (Unfortunatly for us they debited our checking account the $88.97 the night before my paycheck was deposited which left us short.) I am having the BBB of LA check into their business. They have as of today 94 BBB complaints with 82 unanswered.
In addition I am filing a formal complaint with the Attoney General of California. I hope that these people do not scam others and that they are fined heavily or even better get jail time for their practices. I will find them and get my money back! Jeff in North Carolina
