I started dealing with this company in Oct 08 for a loan modofication. They said my case was solid. Prior to me paying them they would answer every phone call, it didnt matter what time of day it was. I paid them $2500 and was advised to stop paying my home. After I paid it was hard to get a hold of any one and when ever I would David Miller would say "I am working on it, we havent heard from the bank yet". In March I talked to David Miller again he said he would call the bank and call me back, when he called me back he said there was still nothing ready with your loan, your bank is not ready. The next day I received a package from the bank, witch tells me he was never calling the bank. The package was paper work for me to start paying my house again . The loan was never modified, my payments went up & my principle went up. I called Absolute back for a refund like they promise you if they dont anything for your loan. They referred me to there managers, Sie and Rudy. I left over 100 messages for each one and they havent retirned my calls. Now there phone number is disconnected.
