DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!! I ordered Ab Circle Pro online for the trial period, then tried to cancel only hours after placing the order, after finding out that many people said that this item is hard on knees (and I already have arthritic knees). It's now almost 3 weeks later, I have not received the product or a refund, and was just told today that I could expect a refund sometime within "7-10 business days". IT'S NOT WORTH IT! If you really want to try one, go to a local store and buy it, and if you don't like it take it back (check their refund policy first). It's a ridiculous hassle trying to deal with these people. I have wasted almost 40 minutes of my time talking to them, just so they can have me wait a total of 5 weeks from my original order date to get a refund for a product I never got.
