I received a "defective" product. I called them and they said they would replace it. Never got another one from them. They fell off the face of the earth or something. I've heard others say they had the same problem with a "defective" product. Customers service leaves nothing to be desired and it is very unprofessional to do business the way they do. What a waste. Thank God I only did the 30 day trial basis or else I would have been out $200.00. Save your money and get a quality product. They did have a great concept - too bad they didn't have a quality product. VERY DISAPPOINTED!
