They took over 3400 for tickets for three tickets to Australia in 2020 for November 2021 but in March 2021 Figi had to cancel all flights to Australia so they informed me to contact asap for my refund. Long story short it’s been over a year and a half and still no refund for the tickets plus the insurance we paid in case we had to cancel. When you call them their all from another country and if you call for anything other than booking a tickets they hang up on you and become rude.
