ASAP are scamming people. How do you sell me travel insurance and when its time to pay my money you tell me the airline does not refund. You sold me the insurance not the airline. I have followed up on my refund no knowing I had bought insurance. I found out last week and reached out only to be told this. After emails and bad reviews I got an email only to be told the airline does the refund. Please tell me this makes sense. You sell people insurance in your companies name and when its time to refund you have the nerves to tell me the airline does not refund. Whats the point of the insurance you sold me if that is the case cos thats what the insurance was for. Basically you are running a messed up scheme
