June 2012, ANR Roofing was prompt in showing up for inspection and write up. Bid submitted by email within a couple of days. Bid was complete and ANR worked with me when I asked for changes. I ordered a higher power fan and ended up changing the insulation material. There was some discussion about the final price (the amount of discount) and time of draws (payments). Bottom line, homeowner needs to be sure everything they want is in the contract before they sign, and then make sure contractor completes work as specified. Contractor came back to install diverters above entrances. Work completed July 2012.
ANR Roofing was responsive and did what they said they would do. I would hire them again.
