I received three quotes to get a new roof on my garage. ANR was the lowest. The estimator was a gentleman named Ruben. He was very professional and most importantly, punctual. After he provided me with a quote, I had follow-up questions. He was available to respond to them by email and by telephone. Once I hired ANR for the job, Ruben gave me an accurate estimate of when the job would take place, which was three weeks out. Once the job was completed, the roofers did a great job of cleaning up the site. I think my garage is actually cleaner now than before the installation.
There was some miscommunication regarding the placement of an airvent in the roof on the garage. Because it is a garage, it technically does not need one. However, our contract included the placement of airvent. Once I pointed this out to ANR, they installed the airvent immediately---on the same day. This company's customer service is great.
