We built a second floor and extended the lower level. We got 6 proposals and ANN were timely, on the lower end of costs, and we found Abe very open to partnering and working with us (as opposed to overbearing like some others). We did a thorough cost analysis and found the materials to be very similar across all bids, while labor varied dramatically - Abe stated his were reasonable because he was hands on and he personally supervised his sites. Boy did that prove to be true. The project was completed on time, on budget, and with minimal drama.
I can't speak highly enough about ANN Construction. A few tangible examples. We were never up sold; when we wanted more expensive doors, rather than charge us more Abe offset the cost by reusing some of the original clay roof tiles. When there was a shortage of supporting beams in LA, Abe drove to OC to get one, and similarly located and drove to Mexico to pick ceramic tiles that matched the originals in the house. When we've had a question or found something that needed adjusting after moving back in and living in the house for a while, we can always reach out to Abe and he has his guys over the same day - no questions asked.
We've renovated bathrooms, built a new garage, and numerous other projects. But none have been as smooth and hassle free as working with ANN Construction on the house build out. Put simply, ANN Construction are the BEST!
