i ordered products from this company and was charged a couple of days later within my trial period, actually the day i received the product. I spoke with 4 different customer service reps and requested a refund. Each rep told me that the system malfunctioned and a number of customers were charged and we would get our money back; that was May 29; here it is June 9 and i have not received a refund. i have called several times and they have hung up, not answered or told me i will get my money back in 24 to 48hrs. i am still waiting.....
i will never call them or use any of their products again. they are a scam.
