Started working with AFG,Inc. back in Dec.2008. They called me and promised to do a loan modifications for me on our home. We paid them upfront(don't ever do)since the money was paid,we started getting the runaround from them. Every time we talked with Alan,Debbie or another person we were told-2 more weeks-over and over again. Then it would be,we need updated information. We'd send what they requested and same story. AFG,Inc supposedly changed their name to Save My Home,Inc. sometime in April. We then started dealing with this new name(same people,plus some new one's in New York.) Since then promises not met. June and July only get auto response recording when calling them,and told to leave message and somone will get back to us, no calls back.Now when you call AFG,Inc/Save My Home Inc. in Woodland Hills,CA. you get auto response, This office is now closed and gives New York phone number and address. Call them,same old-leave message but no return calls. I have had to contact B.B.B bureau and report we now believe we have been scammed. Have my credit card company looking into this fraud and hoping I can get my money back. This company does not do what they promise people. As far as we are concerned stay as far away from them as possible. I don't give them any stars,but couldn't blank out the 1. I have pages after pages of dates/times,who spoke with,resuts of conversations, I can show all of this is true.
