In the fall of 2008 Rafi Pagus of ADR Electric Solar Solutions sharpened his pencil and provided the best proposal for solar electric panels on my house. His bid was the lowest of 4 others bidding the same system.
ADR's installation team showed, on time, when promised. They completed the installation in a very neat and workman like manner and completed the paper work for LAWDP solar initiative rebate.
After LADWP commissioned the system Rafi was back to answer questions and ensure the system was working as designed. Great customer service.
