Disputing a transaction?

I was just informed by a customer service representative, who shall remain nameless ( I do have her name for authorities) that the fraudulent charge on my account from Jack and the Box were up to me to solve. Is this what this has come to? Having to prove that not only did i not make a purchase, but its up to me to find out what happened and to get my money back. By the way, the money in question? 9.56 cents!!! GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK!!!
