After reporting my experience with BetterBusinessBureau, I looked into there 5 star rating and over 30+ reviews. 90% of them are written with a heading “fake negative reviews from our competitors” and meanwhile each time they post they give themselves 5 stars… I’m not their competitor I’m a highly dissatisfied customer that relied on the excellent ratings and the number of happy clients without checking any…
Here is my original review/experience with this company:
The worst moving company and customer service we have ever encountered. Manager made a mistake of recording a wrong pick-up date – company fully run by Russians that apparently do not speak English to the extend of understanding what “tentative” and “needs confirmation” means. Sent out a truck to the store to pick up merchandise and ONCE THERE called to confirm the date! They were notified of their mistake and told to leave the merchandise and come back to pick it up on a later CONFIRMED date.
The next thing we know, they are calling to inform us that they nevertheless picked up the merchandise and will deliver it when needed. The reason they gave for an unauthorized pick-up was that their warehouse is very close to the finale destination of the goods.
On the next day, the day we told them to deliver the merchandise, they insist that before off loading they need the payment in twice the amount that was initially agreed on. The reason – they worked 2 days instead of 1 and they need to pay their employees! When we refused to pay for their manager’s mistake they threatened to sell the merchandise and reimburse themselves! At this point it all made sense why they picked-up the goods without authorization to do so…
Any attempts to resolve the matter in professional manner and at least come to a solution to money-wise satisfy both parties were rejected by hanging up the phone.
Bottom line, do not deal with this company – they have no understanding of how business is conducted in a civilized country and you will encounter a complete absence of ethics should you run into any problem with them.
