AAA Impact Windows and Doors entered into a contract to install hurricane shutters on my home in February 2009. The work was to start March 31, 2009. A check for one half the amount was given to them at the signing of the contract. After many phone calls (after March 31st) to find out when installation was to begin, this company disappeared, and no phone calls were returned. After filing a complaint with the BBB and the State of Florida, the company agreed to refund the deposit. After many spoken and written promises to do so, this company has not lived up to their promises. They have out and out lied to me, and the State of Florida. They do not live up to contracts or spoken word.
