I used this company to transport my vehicle from AK to SC in October, 2011. Starting in mid November, I started calling to find out the status of the transport. I talked to Tony, who kept telling me that my truck had been picked up and on the way. When I hadn't heard anything after a week, I called back and Tony rushed me off the phone saying they are trying to get it picked up. I called back and asked why I was informed weeks ago that it had been picked up when it hadn't. I called back and asked to speak to a manager and was told his name was Tony and he would be in later and the person I spoke with told me his name was John. I called back and kept getting put off that Tony wasn't there and I had a hunch I was being lied to. So, I had my dad call and ask for Tony, and all of a sudden, Tony was there. This went on for weeks before I finally asked him where he can get my truck taken that I can pick it up. I got it two weeks later, which was mid December! I keep trying to get a corporate number and Tony tells me that they don't talk to customers. Every time I call, they tell me Tony isn't there, and I get someone else to call and ask for him and he is there. The point is, this company is a scam and Tony is a liar. I can't believe a business is run this way and I have never know of a corporate office that wouldn't talk to customers, especially dissatisfied ones. I will be contacting the BBB and anyone else I can to see what can be done to shut this place down. Please use someone else to ship your vehicle. This place is a total rip off. I would give this business no stars but can't get this program to do it.
