I actually give this company a ZERO not 1 star! i called to get a quote and the guy (didnt get his name) was so rude! He quoted me 650$ with a 199$ deposit. I was happy to find a reasonable rate. I wanted to call my husband to let him know I found a shipper and get his cc#, so I proceeded to tell this guy i would call right back. He then started in on me very rudely that this price is only good now and I cant call back. He wouldnt let me get a word in to tell him why I was calling back. He was talking over me and THE NERVE OF THIS A#%HOLE...he HUNG UP ON ME. I immediately sent an email with how disgusted I was at the customer service. Someone was watching over me not to book with this company as I happened upon this site! glad I didnt book with them! How are they still in business? they are obviously criminals and need to be shut down. I guess Karma will eventually catch up with them.
