Absolutely the worst! Outrageously expensive. Carpet is new & had not been cleaned before - it had dog stains (all made in last 3 weeks). Today, a week later ALL stains have returned, even though I was told some would, but most would not. When they left it was so wet that it took over 2 days to dry. Employees left chairs all over the house instead of putting them back & putting paper between the feet & carpet. They did not care that I am a senior & disabled! Just too lazy to say the least. I called the office & they did not have the courtesy to return my call!
