Review 1/2/2009
|
I ran into Eric Townsend's website in April 2008. He used and still sells Nevada corporations which have corporate business loans. On May 3, 2008, I paid him $26,000 via check to purchase a corporation that was supposed to have up to $400,000 in corporate loans. The process was supposed to take 120 business days at most. The contract that I signed contained a money back guarantee. The contract was delivered via email. The corporation and the loan were never delivered. After the 120 business days past, I was promised a refund. Unfortunately, the refund never came. Eric Townsend is no longer returning calls or emails, but his website, current cell number (801-866-8644), and email address are still working.
Before entering into the agreement, I called two individuals that were provided as referrals:
Ted Murrell (but when "Ted" called me, the caller ID showed "Akilah Mondesire" as the name of the caller)
Andre Cobbs of Cobbs Sports
I believe these referral were false.
Townsend said that his partner was Andrew Durity. Durity states that this is not true, but I am not sure of it.
ERIC TOWNSEND AND A RAY OF HOPE 4 U NEVER RETURNED THE MONEY.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH ERIC TOWNSEND AND A RAY OF HOPE 4 U.
