I wish I could give a negative 5 stars to Bob Langley and A plus Services! This has been the worst experience ever! I have never worked with anybody like this in my professional career he has a lame excuse for every reason why his work looked and was done half ass. A Plus Services and Bob Langley have caused more damage to my house and the work they already did that it is now costing more money to get the job done right. We found A Plus a few days after they did work on my mother in laws house in Manhattan Beach. He seemed nice and acted like he knew what he was doing so we asked him to do some work on our bathroom, it later turned out that the job at her house was done has ass as well we just didn't see how bad it was until 3 weeks after the job started at our house. What turned out to be in his words a 3-4 day job has turned in to a 16 day nightmare... Workers didn't show ever on time after the first two days and the demo was well on the way, he figured he had us over a barre so he could send guy over anytime to work and thought they can just stay in our house late. At one point he had day labors in my house while no one was home and he was not there to even supervise (Scary do you want strangers in your house while you're not home?) More damage was done as a result of this and had to be fixed before they could move on. Just a few examples He started painting the walls before the shower and floor where done. He didn’t even properly prep, sand and primer the walls before he just slapped paint on them, guess what after the guys removed all building materials and tools my walls were all scuffed up and the paint just peels off like dead skin... He blamed my walls for it!!!!! The Best Part is after I fired him he went to my 86 year old mother in laws and told her he was taking us to court if she didn't pay him $3,000 the estimate was only for $2,150 we paid him $1,900 of that estimate already.... Shady!!!!!! She felt like she was saving us and paid him.... Thank god we where able to stop payment on the check. Do not use this mans services you will not be happy and will cost you more money!
