A.K. Construction services performed a concrete and framing project for me that included some very intricate roof framing. Out of 5 bids, 3 framers excluded the framing of the domed roof!! A.K. was the lower priced of the 2 contractors without exclusions and that was what I was after, a turnkey job at a fair price. They never came back for change orders when with some of the job scenarios that we faced, most contractors would have. The transaction was smooth, from bidding to invoicing, they really had the job well lined up!! I'll definately be using them again in the future.
