A J T Construction wont pay there bill and refused delivery

A J T Construction ordered a piano mover from Acclaimed Movers over the phone.
Have not paid the bill for pickup nor delivery. We have reduced the bill to come to a resolution but the employ Sam is completely un-professional. Sam has sworn and used fowl language with every employ that has tried to help him. AjT construction wants us to deliver piano and for us to wait to get paid. We do not agree to this and would like payment for service rendered.
