This is the worst company I have ever dealt with!!! I ordered a carseat 2 weeks ago and never received the product. I checked the policy listed on their site for the length of time it should take for delivery and that has passed. Immediately after placing the order online I received a confirmation email that said I could track the purchase at anytime. After several days I noticed that the status was not updated, it remained blank. I called the company to follow-up and nobody answered. I then emailed them at the address listed on their website and nobody responded. I then called at different hours everyday over the last week...approx. 10-15 times per day and there is no answer, it just keeps ringing. After this, I did a search on-line for other reviews and saw that this exact situation has happened to several other people and some of them were charged for the undelivered product.
