I went to this office on March 30, 3009 without any pain whatsoever and only in need of a filling. Dr. Zakhor, who worked for Dr. Crockett at A Beautiful Smile said that I needed inlays/onlays, which I did not. They placed temporary fillings on four teeth, which fell out within less than an hour after they were placed. I was in excruciating pain for about two weeks and these dentists ignored my calls. The inlays were finally delivered on April 11, 2009. Even after the inlays were delivered I was still in pain and continue to be in pain to date. Within a couple of weeks of delivery the inlays cracked. I went back to this office several times, but these dentists did not fix the problems. I had my insurance company investigate this office and the insurance company conducted an independent study and had a dentist examine me. The insurance company determined that these dentists had provided inadequate care. Additionally, the insurance company determined that they had fraudulently billed for several services that they did not perform. The insurance company requested that this office refund me as well as the insurance company. To date, this office had done neither. As a result of the inadequate and negligent services provided, I've now had to have additional work done, which I did not need prior to going to this office. I have attempted on numerous occasions to resolve this matter with this office, but they have refused to accept any responsibility.
