This was our first experience in shipping a vehicle which was not your average size......Ford F350 crewcab truck which actually took up 2 spaces. Steve was the only person out of about 15 who ask specific questions. Steve guided and provided me beyond expectations!!!! and always, ALWAYS either answered his phone or promptly called or emailed me back. He brought so many things to my attention that I didn't even think of.
How to describe this experience with Steve Craig......genuine human kindness!!!!!!!!!!
After reading the better business bureau and reviewing some businesses I knew who to pick---unbeatable service!!!!
I work at a bank and we recently had a situation where a customer had wired money to a dealer who didn't exist. Frantically I tried to find out information and then called Steve for help. I really can't give Steve enough credit--he really helped us beyond expectations!!!!
