Our carpet runner on the entry stairs, 2 flights, was soiled and had several dark stains which we never believed would come out. He removed all the dirt and stains. Carpet was fresh and clean. Has a powerful motor in the back of his van that steamed the dirt out. We let the carpet dry a couple of days before walking on it with shoes so as not to soil it.
