360 Remodeling was a horrifying experience. The contractor, Lazaro is an incompetent self serving liar who only shows up when he can't lie his way out of a promise. He and General Manager _Frank, make promises without ever showing up to investigate customer complaints. Lazaro does not take time to check on his workers, and the workmanship is poor because You cannot communicate to the workers what you are paying for. They don't speak or understand English. They have to call him to get what you are asking for. They show up unannounced,and quit work early. They gave us a start date of November 7th and didn't show up until December 18th. They sanded our wood trim for two weeks straight and the wood is still rough and unfinished. The representative who sold us on the "Hero Program" did not explain the added cost accompanied with our property taxes. An $18.000 dollar job now amounts to $24,000 and if we can't come up with the full amount of impound fees(3,069.00) due by November 2016 we may lose our home of 32 years. 360 Remodeling did not replace or repair any wood siding, and half a-- painted our home. They do not fix anything on wood framed homes . If your house is stucco they may be able to satisfy your need. otherwise you are screwed.
