Company posts incorrect specs on their products

I purchased a cell phone from this company earlier this year. There is a 60 days grace period after your purchase to make returns/exchanges. Soon after this period I noticed that the internal memory in the cell phone I purchased is NOT what was advertised on the company's website. The model phone I received matches the model I ordered from their website but the internal memory is not 32Mb as their website claims, it's 250Kb, which is barely enough to receive simple text messages. The reps at 24hrsdeals took forever to simply understand what the issue was and in the end said OOPS we can't do anything because you're out of the 60 days period. My issue isn't that I couldn't replace the phone, my issue with this company is that they continue to post inaccurate specs for their phone products on their website. This is very poor sales practice since they've been made aware of the incorrect info on their website, which they seem to do on purpose in my opinion, and have done nothing to correct the specifications. They sell you a product and hope you don't realize what you got is inferior to what they advertise. I strongly do not recommend you risk making a purchase with this company. Zero stars was not an option to select for the rating, hence the one star.
