So we ended up moving about of the home we rented from 1st rate after 2 years. We were being charged for items like a full paint costing 600.00, and a new garage door that was damaged when we moved in and it even stated on the move in sheet that it was broken and the house was never painted ect the list goes on and on! We were never late paying our rent. Out of a 2,300 dep they returned 650.87. Good thing I have pic's of before and after and a copy of my m/i sheet. They refused to give me a copy or even do a m/o with me. I have filed a claim in small claims court because they REFUSE to give me the rest of my money. Also they have been sued numerous times. Anyone reading this PLEASE becareful and take lots of pic's before and after:)
